Heart Dancer Movement: Rooted Flow

Join Abagail for a movement experience bridging West African traditional foundations, club culture, sensuality, Afro-street dance influences, and contemporary and experimental flow.

This all-level, beginner-friendly class is for those who want to move from the heart, focused on rooted movement quality rather than memorizing choreography. Rhythm is our lifeline, and each class features a specially curated Heart Dancer playlist by Abagail filled with Afrohouse, underground global sounds, house, heart-inspiring, and percussion-driven sounds from across the African diaspora. 

Live guest drummer will join us from time to time to add to the vibes!

Sliding Scale: $20–$25 per class, drop-in rate.

Regular Heart Dancers Package: $90-$100 sliding scale for 5 classes (expires December 2025)
