Class description: This class combines dance styles of the African diaspora into a full-body, mind, spirit workout experience. We explore some of these foundational dance movements in a high energy, continuous groove. The class emphasizes repetition, NOT choreography, so we’ll continue to flow from one movement to the next with breaks in between.

HDE is partnered with two amazing non-profit organizations, DRUM the Program and Program for Torture Victims, to ensure that our dance practice gives back to the greater African and African Diaspora communities.
