Class description: This class combines dance styles of the African diaspora into a full-body, mind, spirit workout experience. We explore some of these foundational dance movements in a high energy, continuous groove. The class emphasizes repetition, NOT choreography, so we’ll continue to flow from one movement to the next with breaks in between.

Honoring the Arts
A portion of all HDE proceeds goes back into community lead organizations that support African arts and education programs.
HDE is partnered with two amazing non-profit organizations, DRUM the Program and Program for Torture Victims, to ensure that our dance practice gives back to the greater African and African Diaspora communities. A portion of all HDE proceeds will be donated on a reoccurring basis to these two organizations, in support of their programs and initiatives. More info coming soon...
