Join us in the Northern Ubud region of Bali, Indonesia for our 8 day 7 night dance + yoga experience.

All meals are prepared with fresh vegetables grown organically onsite. A wide range of cuisines such as signature healthy meals, authentic Balinese food and grilled menu are served in buffet style with plenty of options for specially vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

- Dance and yoga classes, two per day other than one "free" day for excursions. 2 classes per day between 75 - 90 minutes each.
- Airport transportation to/from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
- Breakfast and dinner included, plus daily fresh fruit plate.
- Coffee, tea and filtered water (alcohol, smoothies, coconuts, and specialty drinks are not included but may be purchased).
- Hotel tax.
- Complimentary daily activities offered by the hotel.
- Free use of the hotel health and well-being facilities
(Pool, Gym, Hot Jacuzzi and Herbal steam bath in Spa pavilion) - One complimentary Balinese massage - one hour.

- Visa for entrance into Indonesia (can be purchased at airport upon arrival for approximately $35 in USD or 350-400 in NOK.

- Lunch (however breakfast, dinner, plus a daily fresh fruit plate will be provided).

Superior Chalet is a beautifully designed two-story accommodation that perfectly blends traditional Balinese charm and modern comfort. Each chalet unit features one room on every level, making it an ideal choice for families, small groups, or even solo travelers seeking both privacy and shared living experience. Equipped with mosquito curtains on all beds, guests do not need to worry about insects when asleep, even though the chalet is set amidst tropical forests and the Wos River. The river offers the tranquil sounds of nature, creating an enchanting ambience.
The interior is spacious and airy, with large windows that allow the gentle mountain breeze to flow through, filling the room with fresh air and natural light when guests lounging on the big sofa. The chalet includes a private veranda with dining table where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the forested hillsides. The en-suite bathroom has modern amenities, including a rain shower and high-quality toiletries, offering a truly indulgent experience.

DANCE
Abagail Fritz is a Los Angeles-based choreographer, performer, and educator specializing in African-based traditional, street, and popular dance forms. With over 35 years of dance experience and two decades of study across West African dance—including Senegal, Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, and the Ivory Coast—she brings deep cultural knowledge and artistic versatility to every space she leads. Abagail is a Dance Professor at Pomona College and AMDA, and teaches worldwide.
As an acclaimed performer, she has danced in over nine countries, sharing stages with artists like Youssou N’Dour and Gala Rizzatto at iconic venues including Paris’ Bercy Arena, the 2024 Olympic Games, 2024 Fifa Worldcup events, Hong Kong Stadium, and Arena di Verona. Abagail’s retreats reflect her passion for movement, culture, and connection—inviting dancers of all levels to move with joy, depth, and authenticity.
YOGA
Tine Haukaas is a dedicated yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach, based in Molde, Norway, with over 15 years of professional practice and a deep background in holistic health, personal training, and nutrition. She completed her 200HR Vinyasa Flow YTT, with a strong foundation in
integrative and Ayurvedic philosophies. Her mission is to help people feel truly seen, valued, and loved—on and off the mat. Tine blends Vinyasa Flow, restorative yoga, somatics, hormonal health, and nervous system regulation to create nurturing, intuitive spaces where participants can soften, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Whether guiding a private session, corporate class, or retreat circle, she brings her full heart and grounded presence to every offering.
